At ORC, we are a team of clinicians and basic science scholars in tissue engineering, biomaterial, and physics. Together we run research projects in our Bone and Joint Lab. Our two most significant and rewarding cooperative initiatives are the Prosthesis for Pulley System and the antibacterial coating for orthopedic Schanz and Pins.

We create a Pulley Prosthesis with two components: a titanium chassis and a tube body, which simplifies the two-step tendon grafting procedure to a single stage.
