Orthopedic Research Center collaborates with Center of Advanced Rehabilitation and Robotics Research, FUM CARE , which is the largest and most equipped robotics laboratory in Iran. FUM CARE is a joint center between Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM) and Mashhad University of Medical Sciences (MUMS). We are an interdisciplinary team made up of orthopedic clinicians (PI: Dr. Ali Moradi), mechanical and electronics engineers (PI: Prof. Alireza Akbarzadeh). Our researchers are focused on the topics of rehabilitative robots, bionic limbs, artificial intelligence and medical sensors. 

Our two most significant and rewarding cooperative initiatives are the Bionic Limb Controlling System  and the Exoskeletons.
